The call-out

Valencia city, the towns of l’Horta, la Ribera Alta and Baixa, el Camp de Túria and el Camp de Morvedre. That’s the area where someone can get there, do the job and get back the same day without the journey eating up half the bill, which is why we don’t promise more. In the furthest towns the call-out is charged separately and appears in the quote before you decide anything: no surprise at the end.

Yours isn’t on the list? Ask us anyway. Sometimes we do cover it and just haven’t added it yet, and if we don’t, we’ll tell you straight. You can also take the test for your fault in the meantime: you might fix it yourself and not need anyone to come out at all.

Questions and answers

What people ask us about the area before getting a quote. If your question isn’t here, message us on WhatsApp.

What if my town isn’t on the list?

Message us on WhatsApp with your postcode. We’ll tell you whether we can get there or not, and when the answer is no, we’ll still tell you: that way you can look for something else today rather than tomorrow.

Is the call-out charged separately?

It depends on the town. In some it’s included and in others it’s charged separately, and either way it appears in the quote before you decide anything. The check above tells you for your area.

Can you come the same day?

Sometimes, but we’re not a 24-hour emergency service. Urgent jobs go first and we reply in under 2 hours; if we can’t make it today, we tell you straight rather than keep you waiting.
